They asked evidence of returning MA plates. I did not bother and let the insurance lapse without renewal. They charge $25 for canceling insurance! I requested refund and faxed all required paper work showing that my cars were transferred to and insured in another state before expiration of the insurance with AllState. They never replied, instead, sent my bill to a collection agent. Avoid them. Their rates are not cheap."
