"Absolutely deceitful company. There is no other way to say this. They lie, perform stall tactics for their payouts. Do not care about sick ppl or suck elderly ppl with their long term care insurance and withhold customers own money after twenty years of paying into their premiums. Cannot talk to management and they will just lie to you. Horrible horrible company. Please review Facebook. Twitter and reviews about this company before you trust their lying mission statement"

"Rewiew to John Hancock’sWith big regret I purchased a policy from your company John Hancock’s company of Life Insurance, Long Term Care and Saving services They never created any account on my name although they were charging montly via a directl auto pay account.For three years I was paying for Life Insurance, Long Term Care and Saving services and never was ableto create and able to have access to my account and neer issue has been solved .Recently I decided to get John Hancock life insurance app in my phone maybe by this way be able to have access to my account. unfortunately I was wrong and all the time denied me and did not recognizedat all, by entering first & last name, DOB, and Social security number all of time was denied and Not recognized me at all. I was wondering there is any other identity available be accepted a member or holder of service by your company? I was not satisfied with John Hancock life insurance company service which did not created any account on my name from begging after passed three years and monthly charging me and refund any to me even saving account"
