"We are staying in Unit 126 right now. This is our 3rd time staying at Wellington Manor. The first two stays were pretty good, other than having no pots and pans to cook with in the 2nd. This unit reeks of fish. We have called the Maine customer service. They said someone would come out. That was yesterday. There is 1 drinking glass in the unit. The shower curtain is moldy. There is 1 small saucepan. Not all tourists can afford to eat out every meal. Very unhappy. Oh, and the pool water is FREEZING. We stay here to swim. Tough when the water is so cold."

"GROSS! Our first night in room 215 we found a massive ball of white hair wrapped up in one of the towels that was in the bathroom. Immediately after finding it we changed the bedding thinking that this place was gross slept all week on that bed only to find a pair of PINK brand purple panties underneath the bed I had been sleeping on all week. So when I left, after washing the dishes we used I grabbed a coffee filter and wrote a note on it that said "found panties and hair in room" and they CHARGED ME A 140$ CLEANING FEE.... this place is an absolute JOKE i would HIGHLY recommend ANY other place in the area if you care about cleanliness."

"Room number #129. The place was very clean, inside. The porch needed cleaning such as leftover cigarette butts on the ground and the screen which had leftover fall leaves throughout could be clean. The place smelled like cigarettes upon our arrival. It is clearly stated no smoking in or on property. Very disappointed with the less than average effort and money put into this place.. the tv just thrown up on the wall, the staples in the floor in the bathroom.. the pots and pans are not useable. The coffee maker does not work properly.. (put in 10 cups of water, drips out 6 cups of coffee or less). We made a trip to walmart to get a foam mattress topper because the bed was awful. The chair in the room has a piece of plywood under the cushion? Common, put some time and money in this place. We spent $1400 for 6 nights.. this was completely not worth the money. Very disappointed"
