Sea Mist Resort Motel

"We have been staying at the Sea Mist for several years, visiting in the spring and fall. Initially, we came because thye are pet friendly and we travel with our dog. We continue to come because of the reasonable pricesn size and quality of the very clean rooms, the kitchenette and central location. I wanted to commend the staff, when we were on our way home Saturday, we got a call. My husband had left behind a clip board on which he keeps track of gas milage. They wanted us to know it was found and if we wanted it mailed. I consider that great service. We will be back in the spring"

"Great place. Samantha went the extra mile and waited for us to arrive, since we called on fly after 10 pm. Extra clean, confortable beds, clean coffee maker.. Overall great"

"Amazing stay at the Sea Mist Motel. The rooms were clean and perfect with the mini kitchen especially when travelling with kids. There’s a new park for kids and a great pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly"

"Very clean, & up to date room. Kitchenette is a plus plus plus. Service was great, quick check in. Also close drive to wells Beach, arcade, restaurants, ice cream, gift stores."

"This place could work as a business place, if you're not spending a lot of time here. However, we were on vacation and spent quite a lot of time in our room. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, but that's probably the only good thing about this place. The people at the counter seemed very miserable. The worst part about this place is that they do not provide any basic toiletries. No shampoo, no soap, no paper towels, no toothpaste. Its also not as close to the beach as I was hoping, and its very hard to enter and exit since it's on a very busy street by a traffic light. The walkways are very narrow and there are chairs set on the outside of every room. Meaning there are crowds of people sitting outside on the 3 foot wide walkway. If you're carrying luggage, its almost impossible to walk through. The beds were very uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the pull out couch. The rooms were a little cramped with just two people. Getting clean towels is kind of a chore. Just overall not a great place. I will not stay here again."
