"Horrible management, completely lazy and useless, absolutely do not recommend them! There’s been an extreme infestation of brown tail caterpillar’s that has sickened at least 2 children. Management (Ingrid Davis Woodgate Apartments) said they would take care of it within a couple days but that time period has expired and still nothing.There landscaping crew does nothing around the grounds, they will mow with their blades up!"

"Do not rent from them. My mother has been dealing with a mouse infestation and they have done little to help her. They've told her that a custodian will be by to set traps but they still have not come. This is beyond setting traps this is an out of control infestation of mice. There is mice feces everywhere. No matter how much you clean the mice keep coming back. They will not help my mother whom is disabled and has asked numerous times for them to take care of this. I will also be reporting it to the lewiston code enforcement. Don't live here if you want mice crawling around you while you try to sleep."
