"I was not provided with a key for my entire stay, I was stolen from—over $400 worth of items, everyone had animals but I was not allowed my fixed cat because the room I rented was recently renovated. There was no faucet in the shower/bath only a pipe sticking out of the wall, with duct tape and laminate flooring. Do not recommend whatsoever. none of the cameras work (tried to get footage for police) they’re just for show. Total scam artists"

"Would give no stars if it was an option. Great place to go if you don't mind the owners Tammy and Jim letting people go into your room to steal your belongings. I've had multiple things stolen. When I told Tammy someone was in my room she just laughed in my face.I know it was the owners because I changed the lock and had no more issues until... I was harassed over not taking their "care package"of towels, toilet paper, ect which I don't need because I have my own. Tammy actually told me to leave because I refused to take it. I couldn't take the harassment anymore so I moved out. They may have gotten rid of the bed bugs but they now have cockroaches. Gross! HIGHLY recommend you find a better hotel unless your THAT desperate! This place gets -10 stars from me!"

"While decently priced for the Lewiston Maine area, my girlfriend and I had tons of (I assume) bed bug bites all over us after one night. I was starting a great new job and we were moving to the area, so we had rented a room for a week while we searched for more permanent housing. However, upon waking up the first morning, we we both covered in bites and bumps. Everywhere. The manager had a maintenance guy take a very brief look in our room, and declared it completely fine. We had to switch hotels, which, along with looking like a Disney monster, made me miss my first few days of my new job. And to top it off, they hassled me for over an hour about a refund, while continuing to try and convince us the the hundreds of bites and bumps must have been caused by something else. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but I would steer clear of this place, unless you're looking for a free Quasimodo costume for Halloween."

"Funny how Tammy Wilson works here and gives a review of 5/5. She shouldnt be giving any review on the motel she manages. Its the same for Pittsfield motel they manage it and have friends and family try to upgrade the score."

"Cheap, long term lodging for a single person or small family. This strip motel isn't really for one night rentals (although they are sometimes available), the majority of these rooms are rented weekly or monthly by local residents or people in transition to permanent housing. If you've fallen on hard times and need a place to regroup for a few days or a few months, this is the place for you. But call ahead because vacancy is scarce, especially during the winter months!!"
