"I had a great experience at this hotel over the past few days. The room even smelled clean, which was refreshing. Breakfast had some of the best oatmeal I've ever had and the complimentary cookies were delicious. I was too exhausted from work to use the pool or the gym, but I wish I did. The staff was friendly to me. I've stayed in dozens of hotels and would definitely recommend this one."

"We were woken up at 12:30 am to my child crying because a bedbug was on her. I picked up the bug and took it to the front desk. Front desk offered us another room just down the hall from our existing room but we refused it as we were already disgusted by the bedbug in our room. Who knows if that room had them too and I knew I wouldn't br able to sleep there at this point. They offered to move us to another Hilton property however they were all booked up. They did find us a room that they told us was a Hilton hotel and that cost would be comped for the inconvenience only to find out once we got there that it was not. We were charged twice the amount we could afford and had to cut our vacation short due to lack of expenses tied up in the 2 hotels. And they have yet to refund us for our stay. I called and spoke to the manager who was rude and didn't seem to have time to deal with the issue. She refused to comp our stay because we didn't accept the other room they offered us. I only gave this hotel 1 star because I had no choice in order to share this information."
