"Worse Business. Their treatment plan is every 3 months instead of 6 months or a year. No respect, no boundaries, very pushy, wanting things done asap, thinking pcp does mental health diagnosing when there is a psychiatric provider already in place, very demanding. I do not recommend anyone to go here for any services. Go somewhere else for all of your services."

"I was surprised to put it mildly at some of the negative comments. Been to many BH providers over the course of 25 years, I've had many bad experiences throughout the 25 year period, but I've been at AngleZ for more than 3 1/2 years now and have never had a better experience anywhere. I literally don't have a single thing bad to say about them. From the front desk/ office manager to the 3 providers I've had since being there, the support staff/ case management available to help you with things like dealing with finding services like primary care provider, dental help, issues with DHS, Motor Vehicles, housing, legal problems easy going laid back counselors. well over a year ago they had a pharmacy opened off the waiting room that's not a part of AngleZ but any medication someone is prescribed is done on site usually when your appt is over the scripts are already finished which is incredibly convenient. Like I said been to the majority of BH places in not just Augusta, but from Skowhegan, Fairfield, Waterville, Augusta areas over 25 years, the last 3 1/2 years of it at AngleZ has been easily the best."

"Not flexible with availability at all. Have to find another agency for my son because they only had one day at one specific time available which didn't work for me at all. Apparently don't have anyone else with more availability. All that time waiting for nothing."

"Zero stars. Never on time. Don't take there job serious or sometimes don't show at all and don't tell you. Not good a communication or remembering stuff. always complaining on the job but you're doing all the work. Would not recommend. Also they act like pampered feminist."
