"Highly recommend going elsewhere. I was last seen in spring of 2020 during pregnancy and still have trauma from what I was put through under midwife Julie Cox care. I had a complication during pregnancy and after hours in agony I had to demand a doctor. Julie had no solutions. I transferred to Brunswick for further pregnancy care after that (It was a haul but SO worth it!!). Office very unorganized, sent a referral to wrong location 3 times causing delay, marked me as no show for appts I had called and canceled because I transferred care, and kept calling me to schedule more appts. Every time they called, I told them I had transferred but the calls kept coming."

"Unsure if the other negative reviews are for the other facilities at this MaineGeneral, but I've been going to the OBGYN practice here and it has been hands down the best experience I've ever had with a medical provider! Everyone from the front desk staff to the providers were so helpful, respectful, and kind. I've seen Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Zaccaria, both amazing. Rachel Zaccaria listened to me and truly cared. She explained things thoroughly and throughout her care, gave me full body autonomy and made it clear that I am in full control — SUCH a crucial part of gynecology care. I cannot wait to continue seeing her for years to come!"

"Do not go here. The dr and nurse staff with the exception of like one nurse have no regard for decent respect and genuine patient regard. This place is horrid and hell .. not sure how they are still open. Same with northern light. Go to Portland or Lewiston. The bad reviews about this place are seriously on point. This place is a complete joke."

"The best experience I could have in every encounter I've had with Dr. Lucas. I was recommended to him by my own awwgynecologist. Didn't tak very lomg to get in. He was super at his mannerisms and and was always good at making a complicating explanation seem like a breeze. He took into consideration my future goal, what he essn achieve and he did just that. My nurses were great and comforting. Def work refef him to all your needs."

"Dr.Romeo Lucas is absolutely amazing. This man has not only saved my life once, but twice with surgeries. The work that he does and his bedside manner is just simply wonderful. He explains complicated procedures and what needs to be done in a way that I can understand. He does not judge me on my stupid questions and he has this way of interacting with me to erase all the tension and anxiety that I feel. He has such a sense of humor and his tendencies have a way of relaxing you and making an appointment go well every time."
