"Don't go here if you want to be pain free! I was mislead by their website, and then multiple members of their staff, calling ahead of time and in person, to confirm services and that they didn't need my current X-rays or a referral, all before I signed on the dotted line. The service's provided are not different than an urgent care or primary care. I was told that the X-rays I already had done at another location were not acceptable and that they "do them differently here". Absolutely the exact same X-rays were taken, I've seen both locations versions. The end result was another referral, which I already had and didn't need."

"Brought my child for an ankle sprain was given a brace and exercises, brought her back 3 weeks later due to no improvement in pain. They stated there was supposed to be a follow up, but they never scheduled it or mentioned it to us before leaving last time. They said we need to be scheduled and see the same provider, I said I am not coming back due to you not scheduling a following up or even mentioning it. So they asked another provider if they would be willing to see us, they agreed “ but there would be a wait” and made us wait 2 hours to be seen."
