"My provider referred my child to this office. They didn't even bother to call us - it has been 7 weeks. So I called. I got a very rude person named "Nicole" on the phone who tried to blame my provider for "promising to get people in quickly," which is not what I said happened. First of all, 7 weeks isn't quickly. Second of all, if your office is so short staffed on providers, it is YOUR responsibility to tell offices and patients that so they have the opportunity to seek care elsewhere. It is not right to just leave them hanging. Evidently they're scheduling in October (IF they call to schedule you) because they only have one doctor. It is currently the end of May. I guess this place is such a terrible place that even the doctors don't want to work there. Get a referral to somewhere else. This place is a useless, rude, waste of time. Oh, and I got a new referral to MMP in Scarborough and they called me immediately and my child has an appointment within 10 days. They were sooooooo nice. UNLIKE NICOLE."

"Every interaction I’ve had with Dr Makaretz and his medical assistant was robotic and delayed. I later switched to Dr Gonzalez due to his neglectful care, only to find the same issues with his staff sending a delayed referral. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone not prepared to advocate for themselves thru every step in their care."
