"FMI IS BY FAR THE BEST CLINIC IN AUGUSTA ! I been going to FMI for 18 yrs, Dale the Receptionist is phenomenal, you would never know if he's having a bad day,he keeps a smile on his face ,he's super friendly and and will go out of his way for patients to get quick care if needed! Physician, Kate D Is another Blessing to FMI, She has a super big heart ,she listens and understands you,she cares about her patients and makes sure she gives the best care to All! All of the staff at FMI are great ,friendly and do a great job at what they do! I highly Recommend FMI to children and Adults!"
"I adore the staff honestly but very difficult to get in contact with office on the phone and have had way too many issues getting routine prescriptions called into pharmacy. Medications I can’t be without due to bad withdrawals. Very frustrating in that aspect"
"I do not know how this place is still open. Went in for recent health concerns and took tests which Im still waiting, two plus weeks to hear back on on the rest. Went and saw Ken Sawyer who does not listen at all. Over heard him and a nurse beyond the walls, saying how they didn't know how to do a certain test and came back in the room playing it off saying I needed to do a certain one. Currently on a second set of meds because the first set they gave me didn't do anything but make things worse. Now having to go almost a month with the same but worse symptoms, this place does not take one's health serious at all, your health concerns are not effecting them so they don't care. While I am wasting money out of my pocket for meds that aren't working but damaging my liver Im sure. Previous visit the last nurse couldn't pronounce half the words on the questionnaire they ask you in the beginning of a check up, nurse made me feel uncomfortable and she was not professional at all. Ken sawyer is clueless to anything medical related. Phone operators here transfer you before you can even finish talking which is rude and unprofessional. Every few months they're constantly switching health providers on you, so you don't get the same person for long. Front desk area ignores you often when you're standing there to be helped on checkout, communication here is just overall terrible as well. This facility needs to be review and reported to the state or health board."
"Ken Sawyer came in the room with a horrible attitude and took it out on me I didn't even want him he was sassy and rude to me and he never helps me anyways. And there's another one over there Louise. And she's very rude and hateful and petty this is one of the most petty places I've ever seen and if you stick up for yourself over there they hate that and take it out on you even more this place has gone downhill in the last couple of years that it's pitiful and especially since these new quake docs came in like Ken and louise"
"i have two pharmacies that i refill my medication to, one in another state (for college) & one here. every time i call to get a refill i repeat 3-4 times which one to send it to & it always is sent to the opposite one, which seems deliberate because it happens every single time. then i have to call both pharmacies & go on a wild goose chase trying to get it transferred. i’m going to start getting refills directly through the pharmacies because it’s clear that FMI is unable to handle actually listening to what people are saying."
