"Went there for my daughter. The front desk staff was polite. The medical assistant, Rin, triaged us quickly and was very friendly...put my daughter at ease. We had to wait quite a while to be seen by a provider because they were very busy, but when Tiffany did come in, she was apologetic for the wait. Even though they were busy, she took her time with my daughter, listened to all of her symptoms, took her seriously and did a thorough exam. She explained her diagnosis, and gave us literature to read also. My daughter felt very comfortable with her and I thought she was very professional and friendly."

"Went to the augusta express care today had Christina Merton she was extremely rude to me basically told me I wasn't wanted there. A d that they didn't want me there I don't have a reg doc so I went there basically said I'm takin up there resources basically treat in me like I'm beneath her. She got off on us in me like dirt. These Drs with big egos like her get off on treat in us poor people on maine care like dirt. I guess everyone else that goes in is better than me there welcome I'm not you guys didn't mind tai hate Drs that think there better than anyone and treat people like there. Beneath them I hope you guys go out of buissnes and the way u treat certain people maybe someday you will they love my money they got tho but I'm just a big bother to them over there and I'm not welcome but everyone else is welcome in there they also like rich people that go in they get special treatment I've seen it they have favorites over there a d they use the patients that they don't like. Like me like trash and dirt they do have favorites over there and I'm takin up there resources what a joke they come in and sit on a stool and don't do hardly anything there just lazy over there maine general anything sucks I should of known don't go in anywhere where it says maine general on itkin my money tho did you??"

"I broke a rib. I wasn’t able to be seen by my pcp so I went to express care. The staff was wonderful. Very caring and attentive. I arrived in pain and left comfortable. Thank you Alicia Sandborn PA. You were amazing and got me out of pain. I highly recommend."

"I went There today to have an Abdominal Issue Looked at. I have no insurance so the clerk asked me to pay $75 just to get in. Ive had abdominal issues for five years and a family history of cyst growth which i worry could have spread to my intestine. I was pretty sure i had a major issue going on today and possibly even infection. I was denied bloodwork even tho i said id pay cash for it. I was also denied A CT scan even tho my abdominal issues warrent is as ive been passing out and having heart issues. They denied my bloodwork. I actually feel ripped off the 75$. Literally all they did was take my blood pressure and give me a pamphlit on how to get a primary care which is hard to get without insurance. WASTE OF TIME. GO TO THE ER. Or schedule with your primary care. The two staff that waited on me were kind but you can tell they protect an agenda. Prob for those with no insurance. Like "deny everything they ask for" . The neglect of human beings by these hospitals should be criminal. Our health care system is not pro human. Its all greed now."
