"I was able to check in and get called back with very little waiting. The MA (Amy) was wonderful, very short wait for the doctor (Burke) the doctor didn’t make me feel rushed, asked a lot questions …ordered testing, that included a chest X-ray….that was able to be done there and prescribed antibiotics…I didn’t even have to go to the pharmacy, they had them right there…that was a relief since it was Sunday night and the pharmacies were closed I was able to take my first dose right away."

"We are so lucky to have this facility. The entire team is amazing. We went to the Augusta Maine location. We were able to go right in and be seen. We were never left alone in the room for more than a few minutes and someone was in there to tend to us. And they kept us informed about everything that was happening. "I had to bring my daughter in for an ear infection. The website was easy to navigate; they weren’t messing around when they call it ConvenientMD - I was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter and fill out the paperwork online, they even send you a text reminder however long before your appointment that you choose. Everyone was so nice, the nurse was super sweet and the doctor was quick to come in and assess my daughter. We were in and out within 30 minutes of our arrival. It’s also extremely clean and well decorated."

"I loved that we were able to save a spot in line without actually being there in the waiting room, that was a huge bonus. As we got brought down to our room, the office was both spotless clean and quiet, great environment. The nurse was wonderful, gathered everything I had to say and even thanked me for giving such great info on the situation as to why we were there. The doctor was just as awesome! Got my story, reiterated it to me and then we came up with options and a plan. I felt involved and so did my kiddo (the patient). We felt heard, well cared for and managed through the entire visit. 100% will use them again for any urgent needs."

"Great staff and nice, modern building. My husband has had to go here several times in the last 2 years for various injuries that he's gotten while working on one project or another, and I have gone once when the flu turned into an ear infection in both ears plus pneumonia. (Ladies, this is what happens when us mamas don't - or can't ☹️ - take care of ourselves when we're sick). The doctor was able to send me right in to have an X-ray to confirm fluid in my lungs, and the entire exam took less than an hour. Plus, everyone was super sweet and I felt that they truly cared. ConvenientMD has an online registration option where you can put yourself in line to be seen by the doc before you even arrive and I wish we'd done that today when we needed to bring our son in for an acute digestive issue. There was only one physician on duty and we had to wait for 2.5 hours before he could get our son back for an exam. When it was finally our turn, however, we discovered that the reason it took so long was because the doctor didn't rush through the exams. He took the time talk to his patients and answer any questions or concerns we had, and for that I am grateful. While the long wait was stressful, I really appreciate a physician who covers all bases and who truly seems to care about his patients. And even though 2 ½ hours is a long time, it's a heck of a lot shorter than going to the ER would have been."
