"We came in the winter season for some snowboarding at sugarloaf, about a 15mins drive. The area has 2 gas stations nearby and a few supermarkets for easy necessities. Goods: Beautiful wooded area and close to sugarloaf. Lots of parking space in back. Clean. Got a chance to see dears upclose- nature at its best. Bad: Airbnb charge a high cleaning fee, even after the owner required us to clean up, vacuum the property, throw out the trash and basically left it as clean as it started. Doors and walls are paper thin. Beds springs squeak loud. Ppl who are light sleepers will be restless. No laundry facilities. No dishwasher. Inconsistent hot water. Literally runs hot for a 30 seconds then back to cold. Extremely frustrating. We spoke to the owner about the hot water, but never showed up as promised. I’m disappointed at the poor level of service."
