"usually this place is awesome and the people are very helpful! on feb 4th, 2017, this was not the case. i will point out i showed up 10mins before closing on a saturday but business hours and business hours and i didnt think it meant customer service went out the window. guy at counter basically told me i didnt know what i wanted so he couldnt help me. fortuneately another gentleman at counter brought me out back and helped me figure what i needed since im not a fullltime mechanic i dont know all the lingo. i usually would give 5 stars all day and i have come here for years, but on 2/4/17, service i recieved made it hard to even give 2 stars. i hope the give that employee an attitude check."
