"I am appalled at how they treated and charged my family an extra $250 for booking a hotel room last minute, since my father was in the hospital with a stroke and we had nowhere else to go because it was the long weekend. He had asked if they would acknowledge our voucher from our hospital social worker but the manager refused to come out to talk to us. The room was a basic hotel room, not worth the price but what could we do last minute . I do not recommend nor will I ever be staying there again."
"The staff was friendly. The room was ok, definitely needs a couple of upgrades(mini fridge, microwave, bedfram), but sadly what changed my rating was the lovely dead bug and body parts I found in my bed in the early morning. I showed the front desk staff and he did apology, but then asked me, "this is just a normal bug though, right?" So, my recommendation is that if u stay there, check your bedding fully before going to bed."
"DO NOT STAY HERE. The customer service was awful! We made the reservation online and requested a crib, then called and confirmed that we requested a crib which the front desk confirmed this stating the crib would be in our room when we checked in. We got there and the lobby was dirty and run down, not a great sign. Checked in, got to our room and no crib. We called the desk, the attendant said they would call housekeeping and get us the crib. We never heard back, we had to go to the front desk and they said they would call us in 10-15 minutes. It was after 8:30pm before we had any communication again. They gave us a pack n play, however it was COVERED in what looked like puke. It was never cleaned and absolutely disgusting. We returned it to them and were told there is no other cribs available. In addition to all this, they had a wedding which was not told to us. The music was so loud and obnoxious. People were running up and down the halls. We did book this reservation under points and then they proceeded to charge us for our stay!! Unbelievable! I have always used points had had the $50 hold put on our card but NEVER a charge for over $300!! When I called, they stated it should fall off and be pending only. I’ll believe it when I see it. If I could I would give this zero stars."
"Employees were not dressed professionally, I never knew who was an employee or a family member of that employee. I was originally given a room on the bottom floor by myself, I know this because the housekeeper (though not in any sort of uniform so he could have been anyone) took hours to clean the 3 other rooms in my little pod of rooms. I was next to banquet rooms that were being renovated and service rooms that were all super loud. I did request my room to be changed and they were happy to accommodate me. The room they moved me to had a stained couch, exposed drywall holes in the bathroom and no way to cover the peephole. However, at 2 am, a pickup truck parked in front of the main entrance and blared music for 2 hours. I had to call down to the main desk twice! Why the person wasn't told to leave or the cops weren't called I have no idea. Breakfast was passible if you enjoy microwaved egg patties that looked like they were made in a broom closet. When I expressed my disappointment at being woken up at 2 am by the truck I was told it was a guest. A shoulder shrug was all I got. I will not be returning."
"We stayed for one night had our dogs with us on our way to our vacation destination. We couldn't drive anymore and everyone else was booked. This was our only option so we stayed in a dog friendly room. When we got up there the smell of cleaning product was strong, the floor had stains, the chairs were covered in white stains, the pull out bed was covered in stains it was so gross we couldn't use it. Above the shower and the corner of the bedroom was all water damage and the AC in the bedroom didn't work. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly the breakfast was good but the building is in need of some TLC. FYI we paid 408.00 that includes 50 fee for the dogs. We were grossly overcharged. I did make a complaint and they are only refunding us $50."
