"We stayed one night and enjoyed it. The bathroom and shower could use a good deep cleaning and rerouting but the shower was functional and the water got as hot as we wanted it. Room had a fridge and microwave which was nice. Bed was too firm for my liking but my husband enjoyed it. Heating system was a little overwhelmed but heated up through the night. Overall, we enjoyed it and would come back."

"My husband and I really loved it here. We spent one night for respite from our stress, and we had dinner at the Asia House in Old Orchard (look up my review it was awesome). I have driven by this little gem a million times but never stopped to pay attention because it was just a little place. I am so thankful we stopped. Although it was small, it was homey. We stayed in one of the small cabins. The heater was sufficient, the water was hot in the shower, and it was clean. It had a small table, and the bed was comfortable. We are outdoorsy people, and it was truly just a small, cute cabin. No noise, wi-fi was a little weak (could have been we were one of the cabins farther from the office). Bring your own hygiene products though, because you'll be happier. No continental breakfast obviously, but places all over so it doesn't matter. Definitely going back."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. We woke in the middle of the night to some kind of bugs in the bed. Front desk attendant refused to come to the room to observe and refused to look at pictures of said bugs. A refund was refused because the manager was not available. Front desk stated manager would be in at 1pm the next day. We drove back, just to be told manager would not be in. Still no refund. We will not visit Saco, Maine again."

"We (myself,husband,daughter)stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding. Rooms are decent, has the microwave, refrigerator and flat screen tv. Could definitely use a coffee maker in the rooms. One of the beds were not comfortable. I felt like I was laying on a table. Luckily my daughter switched with us and the other bed was better. Not great but better. The rooms are clean, however could really use some dusting and/or extra cleaning like along the floors trim, stains on walls, window sills. Room had a bit of a musty smell ( in my opinion the rugs need to go because they hold odors in). The pool area was nice and any staff I saw was pleasant. There’s also an indoor pool available at the property next to it. No issues with booking, parking or anything else!!"

"The owners are wonderful. We were a late arrival around 11pm. And they were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Just a heads up there are bugs outside because you are backed up against a forest. Highly recommended."
