"Excellent, Motel close to the ocean the rooms are good , & the motel is owner friendly Operator. The price on long term rental is good. Old Orchard Beach is Just 10 minutes away from the motel."

"The room had a mold smell to it but it wasn’t terrible, there was hot water, the beds were low to the floor and the pillows wede comfy. Staff was friendly to us although they took our water bottles out of the freezer (I think they thought we weren’t coming back). You can’t get a refund so be aware of that before you book. It serves its purpose if you’re looking for a place to stay if you’re on vacation."

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The owner is a nasty, terrible, racist, sorry excuse for a human being. He doesn’t know how to treat people and should go back to where he came from. The place is a complete dump. Absolutely disgusting. It’s surprising that it even has 2.5 stars. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. You should be shut down. Learn how to operate a business and be a decent human being! Absolute appalled and disgusted at this place! Getting shut down would be the best thing to happen to this guy!"

"The room was a little shocking. It smelled like a musty old farmhouse. Everything was outdated and it needs a good facelift. Floors are wood laminate and difficult to keep clean. Beds are low to the ground and firm, decorated with matching bedspreads and curtains that are most likely from the 60’s. There are no pictures on the walls. The aged AC hangs from the wall, but wasn’t needed. There was hot water, but little water pressure. The shelf in the bathroom was very used, very scratched glass that we covered with a washcloth to ensure cleanliness. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, and the heater worked. The small flat screen was on a swivel and we were able to access HULU only with limited episodes of our favorite shows. The owners were polite. The neighbors were quiet. But it wasn’t worth the almost $300 we paid for 2 nights, which included the taxes."

"The AC unit didn't work, was yellow and when the fan was turned on it had a rancid mold smell. My partner and I are both allergic to mold and were ill the next day. Very humid in the room without the AC so we were miserable all night. The room wasn't very clean, the floors left dirt on our socks. Will not be returning."
