"I stayed at Kendall Tavern Bed and Breakfast in order to escape Hurricane Lee. What an unexpected jewel. Mark is the host extraordinaire. He has a gifted personality that is entertaining and welcoming. You know you have met a friend who made this single traveler feel like family. Breakfast is a three course gourmet delicious treat. For someone who skips breakfast most days, I was a clean plater. If you haven’t guessed by now, I highly recommend staying at the Kendall Inn."
"We visited Kendall Tavern Inn B&B for one night last October and we enjoyed our stay very much. So much so, that a year later our fond memories remain and deserve sharing. Our host Mark was a delightful conversationalist, who shared the history of the Inn and gave us interesting tourist tips for the Freeport area. One of our most fascinating stops was The Desert of Maine. While our room was small and quiet, it was perfect for a short stay. Nancy's breakfast was delicious and Mark kept us all entertained with his wealth of knowledge and great sense of humor. If we were to return in the future - the Inn, with it's perfect location - would be our first choice!"
"We stayed with Mark and Nancy for a few days on a visit back to Maine. Everything was wonderful. Nancy's breakfasts were delicious and enough to set us up for a day of wandering and visiting friends. The friendly chatty atmosphere over breakfast was a highlight. An easy stroll to the Freeport shops. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We will certainly stay there again."
"Kendall Tavern Inn is the very best stay you can find in Freeport. Mark and Nancy make the entire place feel like home, with amazing food and activity recommendations. Breakfast is beyond amazing, serving up recipes that are unique to Maine and Kendall Inn. Breakfast time also feels like family time, with all occupants chatting. We were able to watch the Fourth of July parade from the porch. The porch is also a great place to sip a glass of wine from Bow Street Market. You cannot find better than Kendall Tavern Inn!"
