"The costumer service is trash, they are mean, rude and overall just trash!! Maybe they just don’t like black ppl, me and my team been there for 3 days and I asked them to clean the room and they kept saying they will and we waited for hours, finally I asked again and they said the cleaning service is over for the day. And the way they speak to people it’s just disgusting, if you have other options please go somewhere else"
"3:55pm Friday, December 15th, 2023 the lobby was perfect! The on staff lady was making fresh coffee. Her greeting was impeccable. *I didn't stay there, but it was being professionally operated at the time and date specified and I would eagerly stay at this unit. Great job! Exactly what Hampton corporate expects. Excellent showing."
"Clean room and friendly service. A full breakfast was a great start to the day. It's only about a mile from the LL Bean stores and outlets."
"The room we had was clean but depressing. It needs updating, painting and definitely new matresses. The fruit and food for breakfast was not good quality. We stayed at a Hampton Inn in Moncton, NB Canada and it was really nice up to date and the breakfast was great. I will not be staying here again unless it gets renovated."
"We loved our stay in Freeport! It was such a nice location for what we wanted to do. A couple minutes from the main town (lots of fun outlets and the 24/7 LL Bean store), and close to Maine Beer Company and Goodfire Brewing. The hotel staff were lovely, rooms impeccably clean, and an overall cozy experience. We would stay here again."
