"Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Freeport, Maine is an average hotel. Nothing special. Our room (307) had the tub/shower combo. Some guest were somewhat loud."
"Stayed there last weekend, and was given a newly remodeled on the Route 1 side that was quieter than I expected, given some of the reviews complaining about noise. It was not an issue for me. The staff were great, the price was reasonable (not peak season rates yet in the middle of May) and the location was great as well. Breakfast was nothing special, but the price was right, and it was certainly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff and management are very kind and caring. The rooms are newly renovated new beds and fixtures and clean with great attention to detail I was extremely impressed ! I've been staying in a lot of hotels lately and this is seriously the cleanest even compared to the higher rated and more expensive ones! And the breakfast was very good."
