"After COVID 19, pediatric department is no longer the same. Impossible to get someone to answer the phone or messages through MyChildren’s portal. You speak to the primary care about your child’s health and request test and referrals, they try to brush it off and to convince you it is not necessary. You really have to insist for what you are requesting. They tons listen to your worries and concerns. Too bad that health care has become a business corporation interested in profit rather that good quality and preventive care."

"Use to be great customer service but ever since covid 19 they’ve been getting really lazy and careless and this really upsets me because I have to call multiple times just to schedule appointment and beg them to give me a call back so that the nurse can confirm the appointment. They wait to has also increased to a whole hour so image waiting all that time to speak with someone then they tell you a nurse will call you back and never ends up doing so. Very disappointed"
