"This woman is the most obnoxious which person I’ve ever talked to on the phone. And I never even met her once. Run. Run away she won’t help you."

"STAY AWAY!! I called to see if they were accepting new patients and no one answered. No big deal, moved on with my day. Hours later i Get a call from a woman asking who i am because they saw my number on their called ID. This person never identified themselves or where they were calling from and i didn’t immediately recognize the number, so i said ‘who is this? You called me’ so the person hangs up. Come to find out it was the receptionist at this office. I tried to call back to explain i was looking to become a patient and each time they answered they would just say ‘wrong number’ And hang up. Finally got them to stay on the line and was able to explain myself to them, and again was hung up on. So i called again to ask to speak to the office manager to see what kind of place they were running over there, and was laughed at and told there is no office manager and repeatedly was asked ‘who are you?’. I don’t know what kind of place this is supposed to be, i found them through my insurance, but i can tell you that no one calling themselves any type of health facility should have someone like this responsibile for their phones!!!!"
