They need to spend more time doing their Work instead of talking in Portuguese to each other and trying to look like Fashion Models. "I have been waiting over a month after booking an appointment (which I was on a waiting list to book for several more months). Suddenly, I get a call saying that my appointment next week is cancelled, call to reschedule. On the phone the receptionist was incredibly rude and told me that she can't possibly rebook my appointment, I have to try to call in the mornings until they have an appointment available. Absolutely ridiculous that there is no plan in place to reschedule for patients when the office is the one cancelling."

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a Physician myself, and the people representing this organization are the rudest most incompetent I have ever come across. If these people were answering my office phones, I would fire every single one. I called and was treated this way ten times, trying to confirm a Dr's appointment. Truly shocking, for a supposed medical practice..."

"I have been trying to get an appointment with dr Gill for a while now. He's a wonderful dentist! But the woman who answers the phone is rude you can tell she miserable! She was no help and no help to me and I don't see how she could help anyone who calls harbor. Some as miserable as her should not be helping sick people at all! Hopefully I can get an appointment with dr Gill. Been trying sence January. With a woman like that picking up the phone I doubt it!I'll let you know"
