"Dr. Butts is very unpolite. They appeared to be in a hurry, barely listening to any concerns. The lack of communication and empathy was evident throughout the appointment, leaving me and my child feeling like just another faceless patient. Aside from the discourteous behavior, the overall atmosphere of the office was unwelcoming. Rudeness should never be excused in a professional setting, specially when it comes to healthcare. Sadly, this office failed to meet the basic expectations."
