"My kids have been seeing Dr. Latimer for 9 years. Our experience has always been good and Dr. Latimer is a fantastic dentist. However, my last appointment made me very disappointed. I came in early and sat in the waiting room for about 15-20 minutes. My son was called in and sent back out within less than 5 minutes. I was told he is sick, coughing and congested. I’m pretty sure I would know if my son was sick, he told me he just had cleared his throat. The secretary even felt bad and said “next time just have him drink some water before he goes in”, she witnessed him not cough at all for the 20 minutes we were in the waiting room. Not only was my son perfectly healthy but one of Dr. Latimer’s staff members was EXTREMELY rude and combative. She made my son very uncomfortable by making him look like a liar by saying “he said he’s sick” and he would look at me and shake his head no. He cried in the car and I had to console him telling him he did nothing wrong. I have other friends that take their kids there and have said that she has also been rude to them as well. She’s obviously not fit to work with people and most definitely should NOT work with children. Her rudeness was enough for me to switch dentists. I hope Dr. Latimer takes this into consideration when he notices other patients leaving his practice."

"Be aware of what you sing. If you really care for your kids, stay away from this one. They did procedures without my permission! When my husband came to pick up our daughter, they gave him discharge papers to sign. But also added the paper that was supposed to be signed before procedure! And they never had our permission to perform it! Unfortunately, my husband didn’t catch it in time. We never expected this kind of trick. Crooked scammers!!!"

"This office was terrible. They kept putting off dealing with a cavity for my five-year-old because their schedule was too booked. Rather than telling us it was important to get fixed and they did not have room for us, they just waited until eventually she needed a root canal. I asked for a recommendation for my daughter's school teacher, and booked her in Plymouth same day for evaluation, and she's getting her surgery today. This please put profits about giving you good advice for your kid."
