"A lady answered the phone In spanish. One of the phlebotomist was very rude and acted like she hates the patients. The nurses are really nice so Is front desk"
"I have been coming to this clinic since birth and for the past 5 yrs the service is declining rapidly. They keep switching my doctors. There is never appointments available, gotta wait 3 months for a new doctor because mines left. I can never get thru on the phone and when u come here, nobody looks like they wanna work. Our neighborhood needs to be taken better care of.."
"My experience was horrible. I waited for 2hrs to get my teeth cleaned. My appointment was at 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:45 pm and I got call at 3:45 because they were so behind. I waste so much time. It was unacceptable."
"Update 11/28 had a follow up with someone name ONUGIBO Maureen. The rudest , nastiest woman I’ve ever come across . She had me waiting for 30 minutes and when she did come in she was just disgusting I literally had a panic attach my way out. Sadly I’m writing a review because nothing good happened. But the two ladies at the from dest right now training and the trainer were extremely helpful. The MA’s or nurses in the back especially the one who walked me up. Very nice . There are nice ppl Here my clinician is also nice just on vacation so I had to settle For Maureen whom I jus found out Is new. She’s slow , she’s rude, she gives gig nasty looks and talks under her breath like a child I’ve never in my 37 years experienced such behavior from Someone practicing medicine that looks like me please retire Maureen. Don’t bring that negative energy at Harvard . Also disputing the bill. Received an email a day before informing me my visit is Telehealth, I was upset I wasn’t notified but shrugged it off, then the Hispanic lady at the nurse station calls and said it’s in person, I said I was sent an email. She basically called me a liar, so I said I won’t make it it’s 5:45 the time she called, she then says I can reschedule for December like WTH. I asked if she can have the clinician call, she said for what? If she isn’t busy she will. I’m like why can’t she call at the appointment time I have booked, the lady kept giving me a hard time then I said I’ll be there I’ll take a cab probably won’t make it until 6:15 she goes if you come at that time you won’t be seen, I got here 6:06 the lady canceled my appointment. If you’re not Hispanic don’t come here!!!! Luckily the black lady upstairs came and took care of it. I’m so done with this place"
"I was seen at Harvard Street for a series of vaccinations. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, the nurse who administered the shots explained everything thoroughly and had a light touch. I felt like everyone with whom I interacted cared for me as a person. I was not just a number to them. And, this I appreciated."
