"Horrible front desk service. I spent 20/30 minutes every time I call trying to make an appointment and no one picks up the damn phone. I have to go in person to make an appointment. When I go there the front desk workers are always ( bochinchando ) talking to each other instead of answering the phone. I wish my doctor worked at a different location."

"Three good reasons to avoid this place 1-Horrible front desk service 2-Long time waiting for the doctor ( more than one hour) 3- They always cancel the appointment"

"Avoid this place. Your typical clinic in the projects where appointment times mean nothing and you'll be waiting 1-2 hours after your appointment time to finally be seen. When they can your name they'll move you to a room to wait another 30-60 mins. Trying to motivate the staff to do anything is painful, you'll just get a dumb look instead of an honest answer or actual effort. If you're thinking about working here, don't if you're hard working and high achieving, the apathetic lazy atmosphere will drive you crazy."

"When a location says it opens at 830 it should open then and not have elderly patients who is disabled wait in the cold. Appointment is at 845 and doors are still locked and been waiting out in the cold since 830. Perhaps hire people that will show up on time to open up the facility. If I can give 0 stars to negative I would. Will definitely be taking my parents to a different and better medical facility that is not greater Lawrence family health center."
