"Not a good place for services!! I’ve been with these fools since I was 22 years old with no help whatsoever and now I’m almost 40 still with no help in finding me anything!!! The psychiatrist thinks I hear voices. I said it’s a fantasy I’ve had that since I was a teen. Fantasies about celebrities!!! I do not belong with DMH and I have a disability which is ASD!!! Leave me alone PACT for real!!!! They also say go to the clubhouses but that’s totally not for me!!! Please leave me alone Mike Collins, Gregg Summerhayes, Leni Centerrino, Stefani, and that’s about it!! You guys are the worse services I ever had!!!"

"I brought my son here when McLean referred me here for my son who has Bipolar disorder. Clinician Susan Garian was super rude and shut the door on my face while I was trying to explain my son’s situation. They have been trying to stabilize him and he suffers from not being able to sit stil. 10 minutes into his appointment he said he couldn’t sit in there for an hour with her. I went up to her and told her this is what I was trying to explain to her when she rudely closed the door on my face and all she said is “Were done here”. What a way to treat the family members of people with mental health issues. Individuals like her should not be in this field if they are not willing to treat their patients with respect and compassion. Find another job doing something else."
