"Called weeks ago to schedule an appointment Waited 2 weeks for primary care office to send request for vaccinations. Called and was told we have the information from your primary care doctor and can now schedule your appointment Today my appointment was at 10am, at 9:15am - I am now 1/2 from my home in north Attleboro received a call from the office saying they did not have information from my primary care doctors office. I explained they had it a few weeks ago, on hold , back on hold ..ya so we can’t see you today, because we can’t find it ..and I’m almost there. Very poorly run office ,would not recommend dealing with them . Maureen Walsh"
"They are one of the bests. Thank all the doctors and staff very much for their efforts. Guest wifi access is helpful, particularly while waiting for doctors appointment. Please take your parking receipt with you and pay (it's a bit expensive, make sure to stamp it if you're visiting as a patient) before returning back to the parking. There is no-one serving in the parking."
"they saved my life a few yrs back best hosptial ever,, very careing staff, very attentive, very through, treat you as an important person, clean, spacious rooms, good food that u get to order, they stick to your diet set up by staff (Drs etc.) although you have many choices. nurseing staff outstanding, individual Dr's for every condition you have, not 1 Dr handling entire body, although you have 1 Dr who is incharge of your case. I was very ill, but the hospital experince was outstanding. I have been in atleast 8 hospitals, this was the best."
"Went for a second opinion, was in DR's actual office for 12.5 minutes. Parking was atrociously high. Had insurance which covered most of the office visit less co-pay. What really irks me is that I got billed an additional $149 for a facilities charge which of course health insurance does not pay. According to the billing office, everyone who recieves care has to pay this charge. If that is the case, why don't they incorporate this charge into the office visit charges since everyone who steps onto the premises has to pay the charge? Then they could duke it out with the insurance but instead they bill the individual who can then have their credit ruined if they can't pay. Its hard enough with all the co-pays and deductibles."
