I evaluate how important my health and Ļife is to them. It’s important to me that my concerns and questions are understood. I want a doctor who keeps me informed every step of the way . My Doctor must keeps up with new medical advancements. It’s important that my dr talkes with me not at me ! I have been very grateful for Dr Perumal and his colleagues they have exceeded my expectations and have persevered my quality of life !"

"Did not notice a urine smell. The building is old, floor creeks when you walk on it. I love the nostalgia of the old crown molding in the building. The staff remind me of family, what you see is what you get no phony people working there. Now as for the doctors, they are top notch. Will answer ALL your questions and will NOT rush you out the door. Are compassionate and thorough. Make you feel like you are their only patient. The doctor has even called me himself after hours to clarify anything and answered my questions. Would highly recommend."

"Right off the bat i will tell you when yo walk into this place there is an OVERPOWERING smell of urine. I know it's a urologist's office but think about a obgyn or proctologist it doesnt smell like what they specialize in does it? The doctor himself was as professional and informed as can be. he answered all my questions and had questions with answers for me that i had not even considered. However the office staff is atrocious! Rude unprofessional and they act like they have the time of day for the patients that pay their wages. After I finished my doctor appt i was to schedule a surgery date with a office worker but she was on lunch this was 1220ish i considered normal. I came back the next day 130 and she was on lunch again. So I left a message asking them to inform me when she wasnt going to be on lunch and i would schedule my surgery but the call was never returned. So i went in when the place opened 9am monday to schedule my surgery and was informed that monday is her (late day) real goofball stuff. So i complained. The office staff went in and found a consent form for me to fill out and i did case closed. Yeah right! I was called today and told they gave me the wrong form to fill out and i would have to come in a fill out another form. Im getting a different surgeon. The surgery of any kind is quite serious and should be treated as such> Combined with the obviously low cleanliness standards i do not recommend this place to anyone"
