"Unsurprisingly the ice cream is great here, and the selection of flavors is much larger than what we see in our grocery stores and has some nondairy flavors. The store setup is accessible and cute, and there are picnic tables outside under shade so great for families. We went when it wasn’t crowded and definitely enjoyed. But all that said, it’s way overpriced. Had it not felt like tourist attraction prices I’d have given 5 stars."

"This is my go-to ice cream place with my kids. The service is good and staff friendly, never too long lines. However, the sanitation here has a lot to be desired. The tables are never wiped down. The bathroom is absolutely DISGUSTING. Waste running down the side of the toilet, trash bin full, water all over the floor. I’m not sure it’s ever been properly cleaned in the years I’ve been coming here. I mean really awful. I can’t even let my kids use it because every surface is so filthy. It’s a tiny bathroom and would take all of 10 minutes to clean and sanitize if done regularly. I have no doubt this location would fail a health inspection. Id love to keep coming here but if your store isn’t being cleaned properly, it’s a health hazard to every customer. Please do better!"

"Really professional staff. I was in from out of state and there was a gentleman that came in to cause a scene and the kid behind the counter remained professional at all times and never engaged this person who was not even a customer. I stayed long enough to make sure he was going to be okay. I always make a point of going here when I am in town. The ice cream is great and the customer service is always worth the stop. It is also great to know that this is family owned."

"We booked Ben & Jerry’s Pittsfield for our wedding in the Hudson Valley, NY in August 2022. They were incredible to work with and so communicative throughout! It was so fun to have ice cream for our guests during the cocktail hour, and much needed on the hottest weekend (in my memory anyway) in the valley. Would highly recommend their scoop party catering for your celebration or event!"
