McDonald's 61 Cheshire Road, Pittsfield, MA 01201

"They served the 2 quarter pounder burgers raw. I brought it back after driving to Cheshire and returned to Cheshire and found out they are burnt. Place needs new staff. I never asked for them, burnt, not well done but cooked. Come on now. One extreme to the next. Throw them away. Won't be back. Not at $7.00 a piece and add drinks and fries. Might as well and take a $20.00 bill and throw it in the trash because that's what I did. Maybe corporate should shut it down. Before they kill someone. Raw food is their specialty there."

"standard, and now grossly overpriced McDonald's fare. three stars for the friendly and accommodating staff and fresh food. two stars deducted for the almost $19 cost of 2 fish sandwiches and an order of French fries (no drink). come on folks. that's kind of obscene. do better."

"Screwed my order up twice first time didn’t get the bacon or mayo. Then they tell me they’re out of mayo whatever I can add it at home, second time they forgot the tomato, THIRD TIME IS RAW BRO. This place is absolutely going to make someone sick. And no I didn’t eat it after I noticed I peeled it apart to see how bad it was. Good job night crew serving a pregnant woman RAW meat."

"Food was alright, however the woman running the register didn't give anyone cups for their drinks. We were the fourth person to tell her she had forgotten. Otherwise, service was fast. Restaurant was clean, as was the bathroom."

"Check your food before leaving. They'll substitute ingredients without asking or telling you. There is no order to the service and you'll see the cashier walk right back and handle food orders without washing up and walk right past ready orders while you wait for what is sitting right there. They also allow non-service animals in the building. I kid you not the other day some lady had a giant parrot on her shoulder and the managers had zero problems with it. Gross."
