"This location should be shut down the staff here are the worst I have ever seen it makes the Springfield location look like saints"
"Sales associate showed me location of leads for mechanical pencils."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will be ignored, ignored some more, and then ignored. It is impossible to get any help at this store for anything. The manager is absolutely incompetent. He clearly was promoted because no on wants to work there. I want to support local businesses but there is a limit at which point you might as well go to Amazon. If staples wants to start closing locations this place should be at the top of the list."
"Rude female cashier yelled at me for a mistake I made in the store and was extremely rude. Will never shop here again."
"Terrible customer service, and a painful experience each time I find myself needing something from Staples. I went there every month for about 2 years to the print & copy center for 25 simple blank and white word document prints (of course, shame on me for continuing to go back each time thinking it would be different). Each and every time, there was an issue with the print job. Whether it was the incompetent or rude staff, trouble with the machines, or just inconsistent ways of getting print jobs successfully completed- there was an issue every single time and I would leave frustrated and irritated that I once again put my faith in them to complete a simple print job. My father in law just recently went there to purchase a new home computer and also had an awful experience. He was there twice for a total of over 2 hours while managers "tried to find the computer in stock in the back"- long story short was just another experience of incompetence. Today, going there to pickup an online order of printer ink for our business and I didn't bring my ID with me- and of course they made an issue and would not give me my order that I already paid for without an ID. I reminded them I was coming from a business and gave them the rewards account but his response was "well, you wouldn't want someone else to pick up your order so we need an ID." Sure, I wouldn't. But this is ridiculous and we're talking about simple office supplies. We give them a lot of business and he did more harm to Staples than good by allowing me to walk out of there without my ink that I had already paid for because I didn't have my ID on me. Just terrible experiences over and over again, terrible customer service. We will take our business elsewhere from now on"
