"Ace Hardware is my new go to store for Benjamin Moore paint! The store is so clean and the staff is very inviting. One staff member I’d like to recognize is Carolyn. She is simply amazing. She is extremely helpful, so nice, and she knows all paint like the back of her hand. I’ve had her 4 out of the 5 times I went to get paint and every time I go, I hope I get her! She goes above and beyond! I also had another lovely women help me out one time with green paint and she was amazing as well. Ace is a 12/10!"

"Let's talk about that commercial where the old dude is cooking on the grill for the kids. The grill isn't even on, there's no food on it, and the old dude annoyingly says "we got this" and gives that stupid wink twice in the same commercial. It's annoying AF and it's on like 50 times a day. Please make it stop, thanks."

"I've found that this is the only hardware store I can go into as a woman, and not be treated like a joke by the employees. I'm always greeted with a friendly, "Hello!" When walking inside the door, and asked if I need help finding anything, everything is clean, neat, and organized in a way that makes sense. Monday I had the pleasure of meeting Carolyn, when I asked her about fixing something at home, and thanked her for not making me feel like this was something that I should have already known about, she was very sweet telling me that's her job. I've never been more comfortable going into somewhere that is traditionally a space for guy's. I'm so glad to know you're not like the other hardware stores John's Ace! I cannot thank you enough for treating customers (especially female customers) in a way that makes us feel like we belong. Even if we are comfortable doing a job that has us using a hardware store, I've had employees pull the wrong parts (when using the curbside pickup), upon returning it, the employee managed to blame me for buying the wrong item! I had to go back to the chat, and show them, NO! Not me... I hope your business does nothing but prosper for many, many years!"
