"Had to share my review after I was a little nervous with the previous reviews I read. Nothing but positive things to say! I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in and the woman drawing blood was so sweet. In and out with 10 minutes!"
"Waiting 30 minutes to drop off a test sample?? After Quest deleted the prescription because they automatically delete after 24 hours which is not enough time to collect the sample at home. I hope someone at Quest reads these but I am not at all confident. Will look for alternatives to Quest."
"I don’t think anyone actually works at this location. They don’t answer the phone. Everything is computerized in the lobby and there’s no one to ask for help if you can’t figure out how to use the computer. The wait time is so long you’re better off going somewhere else. And I’m sooooooo glad the employee got a salad for lunch. You can hear them talking in the back from the lobby Lmaooo. 1-800 I don’t need to hear your conversations. At least pretend to be busy. If you are unable to see patients during lunch hours you need to block out that time accordingly."
"Employer asked me to get urine test after my second shift today. I got to Quest in Hyannis about 4:15 pm. Was informed that I may not be able to get urine sample done as they close at 4:30pm. Asked that I had an appointment. Reluctantly, I said no, that my employer said I should go it after my second shift.. Minute that I walked into facility, I was told that getting urine test was not likely, without an appt. There was one customer who got in before me. I thought I would be able to get in. But no. Had the feeling that the Quest employee was ready to call it a day. No one else there. Urine sample doesn't take but 20 seconds. I return to work tomorrow and have to explain that after my afternoon shift I couldn't get what was needed. Now I have to show up tomorrow without results and go back again to get it done. My point? Quest person could have taken me. If I was in her situation, I would have done that. No one else waiting. I believe the time was 4:27. Not a great experience."
"New High tech check in and Kiosk are a great idea but with no cell signal in the building using your cell phone to check in is not an option on arrival. The new high tech kiosk with no signage presents users with a screen asking to take a pic of their license / insurance card. Every EVERY person that walked in while I was there waived their license around in front of the screen. No place does it tell you to put your license in this non descript out of the way tray. Each person who came in and waived their cards around were coached by others sitting in the waiting area on how to proceed. My appointment was 35 min late so no time saving there, especially when you have to pee."
