"Great place, mostly old ppl live there. Some of them still think that they are living in the 50's. As a black person my experience mostly good but you always find a few that look down on you! It's not acceptable but this is reality in Boston,MA and all around the USA."
"Neighbors and building are constantly doing repairs, pro: building is being maintained, con: it can be noisy. If you are on the floors above the trees, the view is very nice! Right across from the parks that make up the emerald necklace. The security was friendly when I asked for directions to the 39 bus."
