"I cannot thank the team at This T Mobile store enough for their OVER THE TOP helpfulness and courtesy!! My girlfriend & I came in at 6 to set buy and set up 2 phones on a new plan. Unfortunately we ran into several snags (not the fault of the store team). Celeste and Evynn would not leave until we were set up properly and everything worked. We ended up at the store until 9:30PM!!! That's an hour and a half past their closing time!!! They were AMAZING and helped us with everything! This is the type of customer service that needs to be appreciated on a different level and I hope they both get a raise for their outstanding work ethic. They were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful (I have never used T Mobile before). I will definitely be coming back to this store in particular for all my phone needs. ALSO, Dylan was extremely helpful with helping me pick out a phone the day before. He knew his tech very well and helped me decide what features and model phone I needed. He even pointed me in the right direction for screen repair at a local shop (which was once again, the best repair service I ever had right down the street). Thank you, thank you, thank you guys!!
