"Great store and options but I would not recommend using UHaul at their location. This morning I was double-booked for a moving truck that was scheduled for 8am when they didn't open until 9am. When I showed up for them they tell me that there is no truck available. Understandably, that part is on UHaul, but staff were not willing to help me find another truck locally through their system and told me there was nothing they could do. I then called the UHaul location down the street at Auto Mill LLC and they helped locate a truck, and it was acknowledged that they could have done the same thing at Aubuchon."

"I was in need of a new chainsaw. From the moment I walked into the store I received world class service. They asked me what I planned to use the chainsaw for and immediately had a recommendation and knowledgeably explained why this saw best fit my needs. But, that wasn't all. They started the chainsaw in my presence, went over the major features and assisted me in choosing the other needed accessories. But, that wasn't all. They explained that I can come back if I have any questions, issues or need maintenance. WOW!! And all of this only took 10 minutes. Folks, you will never have this experience at a big box store!! Thank you Windham Aubuchon for making my purchasing experience so positive, but better yet, now establishing the only place I'll go for my power equipment!!"
