Maine's Alternative Caring is a leading medical cannabis dispensary located at 771 Roosevelt Trail in Windham, Maine. Since opening in 2018, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality cannabis products to our patients. As a vertically-integrated company, we oversee the entire production process from cultivation to distribution to ensure that our products meet our strict quality standards.
We are proud to have been voted the #1 medical cannabis dispensary in the Sebago Lakes area multiple years in a row. Our commitment to our patients and our love for cannabis has driven our growth and success in the community.
Located on "The Green Mile" stretch of Route 302, we were one of the first dispensaries in the state to receive a license, making us Windham's first cannabis dispensary. We offer a wide variety of strains, edibles, concentrates, and more, ensuring that there is something for everyone at our store.
If you are a medical cannabis cardholder from another state, you may be able to make purchases at our dispensary. We also provide information on how to obtain or renew a Maine medical cannabis card on our website.
Our store hours are as follows: Mon-Thu: 9 am – 7 pm, Fri: 9 am – 8 pm, Sat: 9 am – 8 pm, Sun: 9 am – 7 pm.
