"I walked into the store and was greeted immediately, but had to wait in a short line that moved quickly before I could be assisted. I went in to find a replacement headlight bulb for my VW and have it installed, but I went into the wrong Auto Parts store for installation....it's next door. The auto parts clerk offered to return the product for me if I wanted to go to the competition to purchase and get it installed. If I didn't have someone available to install it, I would have. That's what I call good customer service. Smells like an Auto Store (petroleum), good parking."
"I'm giving 5 stars only because 6 is not an option Jack at North Windham went way - way beyond the call of duty for me. He spent about 20 minutes with me for a $15.00 air filter that no one else ( Amazon or O'reilly) could get right."
"I use NAPA monthly to change the oil and filter on my car, my mother in laws minivan and my sons truck ( alternating of course). The associates are always polite, always knowledgeable and always offer a receipt! Best prices hands down and A+ customer service. They have my buisiness!"
