"I am extremely disappointed with Marshall’s credit card customer service. I signed up in the store and when I received the card in the mail, it already had a fraudulent charge on it of $100 before I activated it. I called the card company immediately to report it. They left the charge on the card, pending investigation. I closed the card over the phone, and received a bill in the mail for the fraudulent charge. I called a second time and they said the investigation could take up to 60 days. In the meantime, I’ll be charged a late fee. This will affect my credit score. They promised to fix my credit score. I’ve never heard anything so crazy. Reputable credit card companies refund the fraudulent charges immediately. Watch out!"
