Work 'N Gear

"When are the actually store hours? Every time I call the number it says call can’t be completed. It’s the only work-n-gear near us and there’s a scrub top there I’m eyeing! Trying to get in contact any way!!"

"The quality of the products available was good, if expensive. However the person working did not even say hello to me once as I tried work boots and shoes on, never offered to help me, nothing. I was easily in the store for twenty minutes as the only customer on a Saturday. There are no excuses for such poor service. Will probably go online instead in the future. At least Zappos has a human being you can interact with if you need to. Customer service left MUCH to be desired."

"I based this review on customer service , overall the store is very well maintained and provides great work essentials , but my mother and I went to purchase scrubs when we finished their happen to be a conflict with our transportation never the less, I ordered a uber that was only four minutes away bear in mind that it was a cold, rainy and windy day upon standing at the door which we would have been there momentarily. Within second a female worker approach us and ask what are we doing ? in a not so kind manner I may add I simply replied "we are waiting for a uber", in which I understand individuals standing at the door of a business place doesn't look proper the store had just open therefore it was slow, in which case she then implied to us to stand outside without offering no other alternative .I felt insulted we had just purchased items there she could have atleast offered us to shop a bit longer or something of that sort.This does not reflect the customer service of all individuals at this establishment in fact there's this gentleman that is very very kind and nice."
