"I had a TERRIBLE experience at this particular location, and as a result, I have decided that I will no longer shop there. As a loyal customer, I have always been respectful and have never had to return anything before. However, when I purchased a purse last Wednesday, I realized that the security tag was still attached. With the receipt in hand, I went to the Natick location to return it, even though I had bought it from the Burlington location. The employee who assisted me was a white woman with reddish blonde hair who was working at the register on November 27, 2023., she informed me that she couldn't process the return and that I either needed to have the security tag removed or return the bag to the original location because quote on quote “her girls didn’t make that mistake.”, I went back to the Burlington location, only to discover that she had provided incorrect information about Windsor's return policy. It turns out that I could return the purse at any Windsor location, despite certain items having restrictions. This experience left me questioning whether the employee was not aware of the company's policies or simply didn't want to assist me. Moreover, she displayed an unpleasant attitude throughout our interaction from the start and didn’t want to look at my receipt or anything. I’ve always gone to this location BUT Given this situation, I have decided that I will no longer shop at this location in the future due to the way this incident was handled. especially since now i’ve been told this isn’t the first time people have issues with this location. i loved my experience at burlington and will be shopping there from here on out. i don’t think people like her should quite frankly have a job or a job that involves interacting with customers. she was disgusting and a liar. i would give 0 stars if i could"
"I went today with my 23 year old daughter to find clothes for a Miami trip we have coming up plus also to purchase a dress for a gala. After we spent 40 minutes selecting our clothes we decided to do the line of the dressing room so we could try our clothes respectively. I told my daughter that if the limit was up to 6 items then she could wait outside until I finished with some of the clothes and then we could switch over and that way allow her to try on the items she was looking to try on. After spending an entire hour and 10 minutes on the line finally it was out turn. One of the dressing rooms became available and so my daughter told me to go in first. When I was going in the worker/person who had glasses asked me how many items I had I counted and had 7 in total, she said that I could only take 6 so my daughter stayed behind with the extra item. I quickly tried on 4 items and decided I was not purchasing them in the size I had selected, I opened the door and asked my daughter to help me to zip up the dress I had selected, the same worker with glasses came up and did not want my daughter to assist me and said she needed to wait in the line again, I told the worker that she was just going to help me zip up my dress and she finally said yes and just stood there and did not offer to hold the items that my daughter was holding while she zipped my dress so my daughter politely asked her if she could hang the items on the rack and the worker with attitude said yes. After I tried on the dress I told my daughter if she could take the 4 items and just switch those 4 items to the other 4 she was holding and the worker said “No you can’t do that you have to do the line again!”. I told the worker that I was not trying to be difficult but to go and do another 1 hour line when we both had already done the line, I told her she was being unfair, she kept saying that we couldn’t try on any more clothes and insisted that we do the line again. I told my daughter wait for me outside after she helped me zipped down the dress. I did not try anything else as I was furious that this person was giving us a hard time when clearly there were other mothers there swapping dresses and clothes with their daughters!! I came out and told my daughter to leave, I should have asked to speak with a Manager I was so frustrated that I just told my daughter to leave so we left all the clothes and left the store. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN!! Whoever is Managing it needs to be revised by an Area Manager or Store Owner. We could have easily spent almost a $1,000 dollars today IF NOT MORE and just because of a STUPID worker and Dressing Room “RULES” the store lost $$$ today and future business as I will make sure that everyone I know does not buy at this store EVER!! Save yourself useful time and your hard earned money and DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!! You will be treated like trash and with evident discrimination without any disregard and mediocre customer service to say the least."
"Great selection of dresses, one of the nicer windsors I have visited, but the customer service, and the people employed there make me never wanna go back. If you don't want to talk to people and be nice to people, don't be in retail customer service is Key."
"I bought a dress for a wedding that I did not end up using, tags still attached. I was past the 14 day mark to get a full refund but read the receipt that said I am still eligible for store credit. I went to return the dress to be told that I cannot return it because it is a special occasion dress. She said I could exchange it for that day only but I was on a time crunch so I was unable to do that. That just tells me that I can return it seems like she didn't want me to. She said all dresses in the back of the store are final sale, though there are no signs. This was a "just in case" dress, had I known that, I wouldn't have made this purchase. Even when I checked out that day, the girl checking me out did not say anything about it being final sale. Due to their miscommunication I should have been allowed to return this dress. I have previously purchased 2 dresses from this store, there WERE signs saying which dresses were final sale and which ones weren't. Also, I was told at the register when I was purchasing the dresses that one was final sale and the other wasn't. Very contradicting. I reached out to customer service online and they were no help, they said I would need to go back to the store and speak to the store manager for that. Cheap stores have cheap customer service. Also they do exaggerate about someone being even relatively close to the fitting room when you're trying to show someone something you are trying on. Honestly just clear that a lot of work needs to be done in regards to customer service. I will not be purchasing from here again."
