"Store was busy, staff was still helpful and attentive."

"I went in here once dressed normally and wasn't greeted by anyone or told the sales. The people behind me however were. There is also an incredibly obnoxious girl at the counter who screams and talks to everyone but you while you cash out. Other than that, it's hot topic. You can't expect anything else."

"I walked in and wasn’t greeted, one employee was in the front and another employee was near the register area (I later found out his name is Zach or something like that). I walked around and never got acknowledged, I don’t think anyone even looked at me. The store was very empty, basically looks like it’s closing. When I went to leave, Zach was facing the back of the store and as I walked past him he let out a very loud and obnoxious burp. Very unprofessional. I’ve had a few bad experiences with him; when the store manager isn’t there he really doesn’t seem to care about customers or trying to help people make purchases. I found out his name because when I was leaving the other associate yelled his name and asked him to come help and he just laughed."

"Always loved this store as a teen, worked here for a short time while in HS, glad to see its still alive & kicking in a new spot at the mall. LOVE the New Mall, however, nothing beats the old natick mall on a friday/Saturday night, place used to be hopping with teens just hanging with their friends having a fun night out. Most of the stores are a bit too upscale now & I know mall security is much more strict about kids 'loitering' around now.... but let's remember, its a mall! Thats whats people do, stand around & shop & even sit when they get too tired from shopping."
