"I stopped in at some point earlier this week, maybe Monday afternoon, looking for a pair of platform Dr Martens and when i stopped by the employee helping me told me that I would have to order them from the warehouse and that it would probably take more than a week for them to get to me. To my surprise they came today!! Less than 4 business days after I ordered them! I am absolutely stoked about my experience in store and the efficiency the warehouse provided. Even while waiting for the employee helping me to check the back for my size the other employee working was so warm and welcoming to me, honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.
