"The place is great for kids, but don’t plan a party here. Booked a party for the 20th, they said I was booked for the 27th. Showed up the 27th, they had no record of me booking with them. Showed them my receipt, all I got was a “Well we’ll refund you…” no sorry, no nothing, biggest hassle ever not to mention embarrassing since all the kids and parents showed up for this party. Luckily they were able to jump but I had to buy all the tickets individually…will not book another party here"

"Had a birthday party there and it was okay. I felt more bad for the staff, it seemed like they were overwhelmed and had too much work. One was handling more than 1 party at a time and handling the cash register etc. When I came 20 minutes early(like it said to do) to set up, my room wasn't ready yet. Again something I would change is getting more employees or if you can't, pay them more."

"Bring your own food/drink. Get a monthly membership for $25 and go as often as you like! Jump on trampolines. Play dodgeball or basketball ON trampolines! What more does a kid want? Fun times! Even have a birthday party there!"

"First time going here. I was a little surprised by how little staff their seemed to be. There was trash all around the seats. The floors upstairs were overly sticky. It could have been just cause they were super busy though. Now this section is more about the parents I saw there. So many people were just playing on their phone and not paying attention to their kids. They just let their kids run amok. Kids were wrestling and the parents weren't even stopping it until someone else's kid got hurt by them. It was sad to see so many parents just playing on their phone and not even watching their kids."
