"PCGIT built my third custom PC in 2012 so I could use all the Adobe Creative Suite products. Over the years, naturally, some things needed to be maintained, and I also added equipment, external drives, and programs. At the age of 78, I am no longer able to carry the CPU down stairs and stow it into my car. House visits from Bill have been wonderful. He always replies either by email or phone, is prompt when he comes, and most importantly, he fixes the problems. In addition, he is very good about answering questions, and explaining computer jargon. I think it is a tribute to the quality of the recommendations of all the choices which were made when the computer was built that it is still working very well with all the many pieces of equipment I have connected to it.
