My 2020 f150 started smoking from transmission fluid leaking on the exhaust. 2pm on a Friday, and they wouldn't lift a finger to even make sure it was safe to drive. "Sorry we can't help you. Our techs are getting ready for the end of the day. " I've yet to have a good experience at any Ford service department. I own 4 Fords it might be time to make a change on my end."

"While on vacation, here in Portsmouth, we were staying at a friends house. He and his wife gifted us this opportunity for our 50 th anniversary. He even let us use his new Explorer that he purchased at the dealership. Only 400 miles on it. Day 3 of our trip, while driving to Rye Harbor, my husband noticed a thumpy, grinding sound near the front wheel. He took it in on Friday, the staff and service people were amazingly kind and personable. They put it on the rack, and discovered a wheel baring was faulty. They ordered the part, helped us with a rental, and because it was a holiday weekend, they were backed up but gave us special attention Bc it was our Golden anniversary vacation. "DO NOT have your vehicle serviced by Portsmouth Ford in Newington, NH. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!! I took my car in because my car was running a bit rough. They called to tell me what the problem was because I had two different types of spark plugs in my car. Unbeknownst to them, I put in all new plugs a week ago!! When I took the car home, I immediately checked my plugs, and there was one plug that I had NEVER seen before!! They switched one of the plugs intentionally!! In addition to that, they offered to put new plugs on for an astronomical cost! Around $450. or so. It cost me $65!!! Anyone else would have sued them for negligence, but I decided not to. What I’m saying is, DO NOT GO TO PORTSMOUTH FORD IN NEWINGTON, NH FOR ANY TYPE OF AUTO SERVICE!!!!!!!"
